Ingredients:
3 Baby Indian Eggplant
3 cloves garlic
1.5 yellow Squash
1 Tomato
1 Handful Mushrooms
1.5 Red Onion
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Garam Masala
Black Pepper
Olive oil
To do:
Heat olive oil in a sauce pan
Saute onions and garlic until the onions are translucent
Add remaining vegetables
Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, and garam masala.
Saute until vegetables are soft.
Serve with rice.
